What information do we collect?

How do we protect the information?

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Data storage

We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the MaxGalleria website. However, we own all the code and databases used to run the MaxGalleria website.

Edit, Amend or Delete Personal Information

In order for you to amend, correct, access or delete your personal information, you will need to provide us with a written request and sufficient information for us to identify you. You can send this request to  and include the email address or address that you have used to interact with the site. Any requests to delete personal information are subject to any applicable legal and ethical requirements or document retention obligations imposed on us by law, legal processes or legal requests.
